Shipping

• Shipping is a flat $5 per order, within the United States.
• Orders ship by USPS within 3–5 business days.
• You'll get a receipt from Square when you order and an email when your piece ships.

Returns

Every piece is handmade. If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery at smallcomfortscrochet@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a repair, exchange, or refund. Returned pieces need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom orders are made just for you, so they can't be returned, but we'll always fix one that comes apart.

Care

Spot clean with cool water and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Don't put pieces in the dryer.

Some pieces have small parts like safety eyes, so they aren't meant for babies or toddlers.
